95% of white males have at one point in their lives, experienced yellow fever. There is also the option of dating black guys, but they know deep down that this would give their non-english speaking grandmother(s) a heart attack.
White men love asian women so much that they will go to extremes such as stating that Sandra Oh is sexy, teaching English in Asia, playing in a coed volleyball league, or attending institutions such as UBC or UCLA (please note that both schools’ colors of “blue” and “yellow” are intentional also the “A” in “UCLA” stand for “Asian” while the “B” in “UBC” stands for “Billion” try and figure out what the rest of the letters stand for). Another factor that draws white guys to asian women is that white women are jealous of them.
Take for instance the fact that asian women well into their 30s and 40s retain teen / college girl looks without the help of botox, yoga or a trendy diet (future posts). Asian women also avoid key white women characteristics such as having a mid life crisis, divorce, and hobbies that don’t involve taking care of the children (also future posts). Should white guy / asian girl marry, they produce hybrids that are atheistically pleasing, but are very annoying. This practice is also a means by which white people can catch up to the asian peoples in the population race, as most of the hybrids often act white rather than asian.

I think while they are some truth to the article, it does not apply to every white men or asian women. The article may very well represent the majority but it does not apply to every single single individual in either groups. The common believe that asian women are more submissive has most certainly expire since women as a gender regardless of their race are more educated now. As for the longevity of asian women’s youth, that’s more of an individual thing as oppose to a race matter. I’m asian and going by my experience, that’s just not true. Some tend to age faster than others. It’s not a question of race, it’s genetic! And not all genes are made the same. As for the reason why asian women are inclined to white men has nothing to do with their fathers or grandmothers. Romantic chemistry is intangible. If two people ‘clicked’, it because they have things in common to keep them together. Again, I’m asian, I was raise in a European culture and hence forth, I’m incline to someone who shares my culture, lifestyles, believe, etc regardless of their race. It has very little to do with your skin tone, it’s about sharing the same values and appreciating similar things in life whether it’s work, idea of marriage, so on and so forth.

I totally agree with you. I also am an asian, and although I agree somewhat with this article, I do not completely agree. Asian women are not attracted to white men because they want to shock their parents. Their marriage or relationship with a white man is not an act of defiance, but is simply an act upon chemistry. Is there a reason why you feel attracted to someone? Sometimes these feeling are not explainable, because you don’t know why they’re there. You only know that they exist. In addition, I’m inclined to disagree with the portion of the article which states that “asian women tend to go for white males”. In reality, asian women tend to go for asian men. Why? Because, we come from the same cultures and therefore we are guaranteed a tacit understanding of our lifestyles. We have received the same background of growth, and that, in itself, promises so much. If you have not noticed, I would like to ask you to observe inter racial marriages, not only between an asian woman and a white man. You will see, in all cases, that each is willing to study and accept the other’s culture. For asian women whose cultures are significantly different from those of white men, a willingness to accept her culture and respect her backgrounds is a neccessity for her marriage with a white man. We are attracted to a white man because he offers to understand our roots, and not because our relationship with him will be an objection against the authority of our parents. Personally, I believe that white men are attracted to asian girls because we are different. It is a perfect example of our desires of something that is different. Girls who have straight hair want wavy hair, and girls who have curly or wavy hair want straight hair. White men, when they are attracted to asian girls, don’t think of the Vietnam War or Hiroshima. They think of their qualities that they are attracted to. They don’t expect the asian girls to be submissive, because that’s not what attracts them. They are attracted to the differences from other girls that they see.

LOL, an act upon chemistry? How is it that of all interracial couples, 87% are with white men, and not with black or non-white hispanics males? I guess their chemistry is triggered only for white males.
Same goes for white males choose non-white females. You ask folks to observe these interracial couples. My observation shows that when white males choose non-white females, majority of them chooses asian, not black, or non-white hispanic females, so I guess only asians are considered different to these white males.
While I am sure there is a lot of pairings due to love (or natural chemistry), a lot are not, the percentages just don’t add up. Not that there is anything wrong with choosing someone due to ‘social’ status, exotic fantasies and such, but it is lame to claim that it is simply an act of chemistry when the numbers just say otherwise.
I so agree with what you just said. why white??! I’m filipino and when I was young, I can recall some relatives and my mom “jokingly” saying that if I married white, my kids would turn out nicer looking with blue eyes and be a mestizza/mestissa! Interesting don’t you think?!!

You hit on something here no one else has, and after giving it serious consideration, I think it is a major component to inter-cultural relationships.
Yes, “each willing to study and accept the other’s culture” is something that upon consideration was a big factor in my intercultural marriage, and thinking about it, it is a large factor in all other inter-cultural marriages my wife or I may have friends in.
Back in my youth, in my courting days, I found a culture that held the same personal and moral values I have. That was my future wife’s culture. Indeed, there may be a component of rejection of western culture in those who seek, or find themselves immersed in another culture.
That was certainly the case for me.
Unfortunately, the “study of each other’s culture” is a knife that cuts both ways. While I have found a home in my wife’s culture, and I’m accepted there to the extent possible, over the years my wife has become an “American” ….
