Please note that this is one area where white women are exempt from, but they should be exempt from other things such as voting and participation in Division 1 sports.
95% of white males have at one point in their lives, experienced yellow fever. Many factors have contributed to this phenomenon such as guilt from head taxes, internment camps, dropping the Nuclear bomb and the Viet Nam War . This exchange works both ways as asian girls have a tendency to go for white guys. (White girls never go for asian guys. Bruce Lee and Paul Kariya’s dad are the only recorded instances in modern history). Asian girls often to do this to get back at their strict traditional fathers. There is also the option of dating black guys, but they know deep down that this would give their non-english speaking grandmother(s) a heart attack.
White men love asian women so much that they will go to extremes such as stating that Sandra Oh is sexy, teaching English in Asia, playing in a coed volleyball league, or attending institutions such as UBC or UCLA (please note that both schools’ colors of “blue” and “yellow” are intentional also the “A” in “UCLA” stand for “Asian” while the “B” in “UBC” stands for “Billion” try and figure out what the rest of the letters stand for). Another factor that draws white guys to asian women is that white women are jealous of them.
Take for instance the fact that asian women well into their 30s and 40s retain teen / college girl looks without the help of botox, yoga or a trendy diet (future posts). Asian women also avoid key white women characteristics such as having a mid life crisis, divorce, and hobbies that don’t involve taking care of the children (also future posts). Should white guy / asian girl marry, they produce hybrids that are atheistically pleasing, but are very annoying. This practice is also a means by which white people can catch up to the asian peoples in the population race, as most of the hybrids often act white rather than asian.

I am a white American male. I grew up in Colorado. I have traveled to many places and have seen many cultures. I have also dated many types of women. At the moment I am in a relationship with a Japanese woman. I have been living in Japan now for three years and she is the first asian woman I have dated. By far she is the best woman I have dated. Now is that because she is asian? I dont think so. It really comes down to her demeanor. She is a very conservative woman. Very respectful and full of life. There is something about her that we share that I have not felt with any other woman of any other race. I dont attribute this just to her ethnicity. For me, I look at it for what it is, how you were raised, personal values, and your perception about life. I just happen to be very attracted to her outlook on life and the way she presents herself on a daily basis. I think part of it as well is her age, she is 27. With her job she has been able to experience the good and bad side of life and she knows what she likes and doesnt for the most part. I tend to like a woman with life experiences as i have many myself. It makes it easier to relate. I know what I like, and thats the woman I’m with. Just for the fact she is herself, and I like what I see in her.
I find most white guys in the Bay Area cute, but I don’t really talk to them. Blacks and Latinos are more attracted to me than whites men. The strange thing is that women would tell me how pretty I am .
I went to school in the bay area back in the eighties. We had two asian girls in our school that were sisters. I would say both of them were in the top 3 best looking girls in school, as well as the most genuinely nicest people anyone would want to meet.
One was my biology partner. Just being her partner in biology made me a better person. She was just the kind of person that did her best, expected the best and brought out the best in everyone. Now I can only speak for myself, but at that age I really didn’t want to be that good. I really wanted to get into a lot of not so good stuff that wound up costing me dearly in many ways, for many years.
Years later I married a Japanese woman, that I met in Kyushu while working there. Strangely enough she had exactly the same character as my biology partner back in High School. She made me want to be a better man. After 15 years I still tell people I married way out of my league, and the best part about it is, she has never once let me believe she knew it. I spent quite a few years working in Asia, and have found that particular character is the norm among Asian women.
It wasn’t until I had lived life a bit that I learned to appreciate it. As a rule, White guys generally only go after “safe bets”. Not necessarily sure things. We have to mature a little bit to appreciate the mystery that is an Asian woman. When we are young, it scares the hell out of us.
Just don’t get mixed up with some fruitcake, America is full of them. One way to avoid it is to remember the most liberal minded Asians I have ever met made GWB look like a hippy.
What a flip-flop from the last 150 years of anti-Asian racism in the US that dissipated since the 1980′s when the whites began to appreciate anything Oriental, Chinese or Asiatic. Does anyone recall what they learned in American history class about the Asian exclusion acts in the late 19th/early 20th century? The US govt. enacted racially motivated laws to block citizenship and property rights of Asian immigrants, mostly Chinese, Japanese and Korean at the time. Filipinos of the then-US territory of the Philippines were exempt from marrying white Americans and are classified as “Malayan” in most western states, therefore are viewed to not graduate into the “white” class that European immigrants are able to.
Yes, but traces of it exist. I find I get somewhat wary around white women who grew up in the 80′s or earlier. These are the ones that are likely to have been influenced by the anti-asian climate of those times and/or have been influenced negatively by their Korean/Vietnam war dads.
It’s better with the younger generation but I feel there’s still some of that “eww asian” thing that goes on when they see an asian person because they’re not used to seeing someone so different than them. This I attribute to piss-poor to negative portrayal in the media, NO representation in the media, and ignorance due to lack of exposure. Asians only make up about 4% of the US population so a lot of people don’t have the opportunity to have their entrenched and preconceived notions about asians dispelled.
A recent example I encountered of shitty portrayal of asians was in the movie Ghost of Girlfriends past in the beginning where they had that Japanese lady shoot an apple of the top of the model’s head. The way they portrayed her they made it seem like she was an otherworldly creature from another planet.
This has an impact on viewers whether they know it or not.
…Or famous Asians such as Jon Gosselin from “Jon and Kate plus 8″ and the Heenes (Mayumi is Japanese) to promoted the balloon boy hoax are novelties by the media. With all this talk on Asians: China is #1 economy, Japanese anime fanfare and fashion trends by school girls, and how east Asians are stable compared to the “suicidal capitalist western world”. Then again, the media portrays east Asian people like they are odd, nerdy, strange or not human in the same way (but not as negative the media portrayed African Americans or black people) except it’s good to be east Asian than a black person…or what the message said.

I married a Japanese woman when I was 32. I am extremely well travelled. Actually having lived for several years in Europe, Asia, on both coasts of the U.S. and a couple of states inbetween.
