Sushi stops being healthy after it is fried and covered in spicy mayo (this is usually the kind of roll us white people order). And if anyone comes to me and says, “Hey! *I* don’t order those *Americanized* rolls. I enjoy the pure, raw fish,” well, you’ve reached sushi snob status.

I did notice this when visiting US of A but at least here in
Finland every sushi-place has many different kind of _real_ vegetarian makis and nigiris (how the fuu do you conjugate this in English?). Then again, I guess everything is better in Europe – at least for hipsters;)
