I’m ok with sushi, not a fan of Uni, or Unagi. Never could get past the texture of Snottau. There are also a lot of American foods I don’t care much for either. I know most liberals would be horrified, but I think Korean food is much better.

I am in agreement.

Nattou is very good, I have only had chance to have it twice (hard to get in Kazakhstan here, as well as Sushi) – but when I lived in America, it seems white people do not like to touch it for some reason… despite I hear it is eaten much more daily in Japan than sushi.

Kyo ryouri sounds cool. I wish we could get it in Kazak..!

lets not forget that adding cream cheese is a must. especially for white women. and if a white person asks for seafood sauce as an additional side, then you can be sure they are seasoned in the sushi world.
