I wholeheartedly agree. I, as a white person, have a favourite music video director and to no-ones surprise it is this man. Also Mos-Def, but a huge reason for this is to be able to use self aware Hip-Hop slang. For example; “Mos-Definitely!”

I was so happy! I found an article on this blog about a person I haven’t heard of. Then I found out I only like Massive Attack and Bjork because I’m white. Damn. I thought I liked them because they’re good (and because Bjork is a tireless crusader for geothermal energy). Now I’m depressed and have to go spend a lot of money on a counsellor. Thanks a lot.
